Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.


We are unable to accept returns. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number, and your order must not have been fulfilled, shipped, or delivered according to the tracking information provided by the carrier.


Refunds (if applicable)
You may be eligible for a replacement if your Tap has been scratched or damaged. Within 48 hours of delivery, we offer replacements for damaged Products accompanied by photographic evidence. If a Tap does not adhere properly to a case or phone, you may be eligible for a replacement Tap device, but not a refund.
Contact our team at support@gettap.co if you are having trouble activating your Tap or popping to compatible phones and would like a refund or replacement. Typically, all issues can be resolved with the team's helpful advice!

If you have successfully activated your Tap and after contacting support@gettap.co are experiencing issues popping to a compatible device, you may be eligible for a refund. Once your refund is approved, we will notify you via email that we have refunded your purchase. Within two to four days, your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically refunded.



Warranty
You are eligible for a free replacement if your Tap loses its adhesive within 30 days of your order being marked as delivered.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, you should double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Contact your bank next. Typically, there is a processing period before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items can be refunded (if applicable); sale items cannot be refunded.
